Two sons

Tell me what you think of this:
There was a man who had two sons.
He pleaded with the first, “Commit,
to working in my vineyard, come.”

“Negative,” the boy replied,
but then he changed his mind.
He took his picking knife outside,
did as he was assigned.

The dad approached the other boy
and he asked the same.
The son said, “It would be my joy,”
but he never came.

Tell me, which of these two bothered
to do the intent of his father?
